Care Requests and Caregiver Applications

Submitting a care request does not guarantee caregiver availability, placement, acceptance, pricing, scheduling, compatibility, or the establishment of a service relationship. We may contact you to obtain additional information and better understand the support being requested.

Submitting a caregiver application or résumé does not guarantee an interview, offer of employment, assignment, placement, particular schedule, compensation level, or continued consideration. Applicants may be asked to complete additional steps, which may include interviews, reference checks, credential verification, background screening, proof of eligibility to work, or other requirements permitted by law.

Unless expressly established through a separate written agreement, submitting a website form does not create:

  • An employment relationship.

  • A caregiver-client relationship.

  • A healthcare provider-patient relationship.

  • A contractual obligation to provide or accept services.

Any separate employment, staffing, placement, or service agreement will control if its terms conflict with these website Terms and Conditions.

This website is not an emergency service. Do not use a website form to report a medical emergency, immediate safety concern, abuse, neglect, or other urgent situation. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency service when immediate assistance is required.
